The Feminist Revolution

e-feminist covers the socioeconomic and political aspects of feminism affecting men and women globally. It presents articles based on research to help ignite discourse between people of all genders and ethnic groups.

As feminists we are aware of various types of feminism, including liberal, conservative, African American, Chicana, Arab; but we have noticed that many feminist sources present an Anglo narrative of feminism or ignore it altogether. The absence of an all inclusive platform has made it difficult for feminists to understand each other and exchange information.

Feminists need a united front to challenge global patriarchal systems that oppress women and men—because patriarchy also harms men. To collectively challenge the oppression of all people, such as women of color who experience sexism and racism when societies normalize stereotypes, feminists need access to information that is vital to social awareness and intellectual growth.

We believe that as a global people we must accept responsibility for our world and challenge injustice. This means we cannot entertain the lack of unity that has marked feminist history. Thus we created e-feminist to help people share information and explore constructive solutions.

e-feminist staff works together to facilitate this exchange. If you have the necessary skills to support our vision, please review our submission guidelines and submit your work for consideration.
